Dr. Murat F. Karsi, Founder.

Dr. Karsi has led several government and commercial communication systems design projects for which Tosia Communications is chosen as a sub-contractor. A well recognized expert in communications systems theory and design, Dr. Karsi received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles specializing in digital communication systems.

Prior to founding Tosia Communications Inc., Dr. Karsi held several senior technical management and engineering positions including Director of Systems Engineering at Prominent Communications of San Diego, Director of Advanced Development at Ellipsis Digital Systems of Carlsbad, California, and design team lead and engineering positions in the Wireless Communications Design and Advanced Development Units of IBM, Texas Instruments, Alantro Communications, and CommQuest Technologies. 

Dr. Karsi is a senior member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He is the inventor of several patents and author of several publications on digital communications systems. A selected list is provided below:
